was.<\/p><p>De oprichter was nog steeds nauw betrokken bij belangrijke klanten. Er was veel contact. Relaties voelden open. Toch stapten verschillende klanten binnen een korte periode op, vaak achteraf omschreven als \u201converwacht\u201d.<\/p><p>Elk geval kon achteraf verklaard worden.<br \/>Maar geen enkele voelde vooraf vanzelfsprekend.<\/p><p>We analyseerden meerdere jaren historische klantcommunicatie, met de focus op hoe gesprekken evolueren, niet alleen wat er letterlijk gezegd wordt. De analyse omvatte e-mail communicatie, vergaderfrequenties, reactiepatronen en veranderingen in toon door de tijd.<\/p><p>Er ontstond een consistent patroon.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-71ddf92 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"71ddf92\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c3dda8b elementor-invisible elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c3dda8b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_animation&quot;:&quot;fadeInUp&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In de meeste klantverloop cases,\u00a0<b>waren duidelijke intentieveranderingen al maanden eerder zichtbaar<\/b>. Signalen kwamen naar voren als verminderd initiatief van klanten, kortere antwoorden, minder toekomstgerichte taal en subtiele veranderingen in vertrouwen en betrokkenheid. Deze signalen werden destijds niet als problemen geregistreerd en waren gemakkelijk weg te rationaliseren.<\/p><p>Tegen de tijd dat klanten expliciet hun zorgen uitten of besloten te vertrekken, was het vertrouwen al geslonken.<\/p><p>Nadat deze patronen op historische gegevens waren gevalideerd, werd een lichtgewicht live setup ge\u00efntroduceerd met behulp van\u00a0<b>wekelijkse updates<\/b>\u00a0uit doorlopende klantinteracties.
